Many of you know our technicians in Boone, Steve Ward has been servicing machines for over 20 years, and was a sewing machine dealer himself for most of that time.  Pete Wade has been servicing machines for over 11 years and works in our Wintston Salem store.  Both come one day a week and usually complete the service that day unless parts have to be ordered.  Pete's normal day is Wednesday and Steve's normal day is Thursday.  Bring your machine in the day before their scheduled day, and is will be on a first come first served basis. 

What to bring:
1. Machine
2. Foot pedal
3. Power cord
4. Bobbin case and bobbin
5. #1 foot
6. Embroidery Module (if applicable)
