BEGINNING QUILTING WITH SHERRI - Class #1 - Thursday, July 17th - 10 - 2

SUPPLIES: Pattern - Brightly by Cluck Cluck Sew, fabrics listed for the size you would like to make (if this is your first or second quilt I would suggest the throw size) general sewing supplies (straight pins, scissors, coordinating thread) and your sewing machine, rotary mat, ruler and cutter, 505 spray for basting, walking foot for your machine.
Come join Sherri for 7 weeks and learn all about making a quilt. This class is created with the beginner as well as the advanced beginner in mind. She will guide you through the steps of cutting fabric with a rotary cutter, sewing with a 1/4" seam, trimming up your blocks, sewing the top together, making the back, layering and quilting with your sewing machine and finally sewing the binding.
MISC SUPPLIES: Sewing Machine in proper working condition. NOTE: If you would like to use one of our classroom machines, please let us know when registering for this class! Class machines are offered for use on a first come, first served basis.
